We are now looking for a personal assistant to join an engaged team caring for an 18-year-old wheelchair user living in central Katrineholm.

About the position

The work is performed in several different environments. Naturally, in the home, but also at school and during a variety of activities.

You will work both independently and together with other assistants, as some shifts are double-staffed.

The client needs support and help with all aspects of daily care. A key part of the job is being attentive to the client's communication through eye and facial expressions, as well as creating safety and continuity in everyday life.

We are looking for someone who

• Is sensitive, responsible, and has good patience.
• Has a solution-oriented approach to work.
• Has good physical fitness.
• Thrives in team collaboration.
• Is a non-smoker (mandatory requirement).
• Can work days, evenings, weekends, and night shifts with sleeping on-call duties.

A Category B driver's license is meritorious but not a requirement. If needed, you will drive the client's car as part of the job.

Meritorious experience

It is an advantage if you have experience with:

• Personal assistance.
• Working with children or young adults with extensive support needs.

Employment terms

We are hiring both permanent staff and temporary replacements.

In the event of employment, we will request a valid ID and, where applicable, a driver's license.
