About Viljan Nävertorp HVB

Nävertorp HVB is a facility providing addiction treatment for women and men aged 21–65. We offer structured, individualized treatment both individually and in groups. Our approach is based on CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) as a foundation, adapting interventions to the client's needs. The facility has 16 beds.

About the role of Treatment Pedagogue or Social Pedagogue (Temporary Substitute)

We are currently looking for temporary substitutes for our newly established facility.

We work with great commitment regarding everything concerning our clients. The role of treatment pedagogue/social pedagogue involves planning, implementing, and following up on pedagogical and therapeutic interventions based on the individual's needs. The work is built on creating secure relationships, motivating change, and strengthening the individual's ability to become independent. It also includes documenting interventions and participating in planning meetings and development work. You act as a support for the client, and together you develop strategies to achieve goals in daily life.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support the client in daily therapeutic work
• Documentation
• Therapeutic conversations
• Plan and structure weekly schedules

Qualifications

You are relationship-building and have a good ability to establish contact with people in vulnerable situations. You are calm, stable, and can maintain a realistic perspective on situations that arise in daily work. You have good collaboration skills, relate to others in a listening manner, and enjoy working with others. You are an independent, humble, and responsible person who is passionate about care work and can see the individual's needs.

We place great importance on personal suitability.

Requirements:

• Educated as a social pedagogue or treatment pedagogue (400 YH equivalent)
• Previous experience in addiction treatment
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written

Good computer skills and experience with documentation.

Employment Conditions

Role: Treatment Pedagogue

Employment Type: Temporary Substitute (Hourly)

Work Hours: Days, nights, evenings, weekends

Start Date: Immediately

Collective Agreement: We are covered by the collective agreement between Vårdföretagarna/Kommunal, Sector E.

About the Recruitment Process
