I am a 46-year-old man living with my partner. We have recently moved to a new home on the outskirts of Nykvarn, near Nygård Hagar, and I am now recruiting a new team starting from mid-May.

Requirements:

• You must have a car and a driver's license (otherwise commuting to and from work will not be possible).
• You must be able to drive a manual transmission car, as I need assistance driving me around in my car during my outings.

Interests and Leisure:

I appreciate long walks, spending time in the garden or nature, fishing, grilling, and quiet days or evenings at home watching movies. My music taste is primarily rock and metal, but heavy rap is also enjoyed. I am very interested in technology and like tinkering with computers.

My expectations of you are that:

• You are between 22 and 45 years old.
• You are animal-friendly and non-smoking.
• You are responsible, proactive, and easy to work with.
• You understand what it means to work in someone else's home.
• You are flexible and can adapt easily to different situations.
• You are detail-oriented and follow instructions well.
• You are in good physical shape, as heavy lifting may occur during trips.
• You are reliable, punctual, report sick in good time, and support your colleagues.
• You are cheerful, share my interests, and enjoy assisting me with my activities.
• You live near Nykvarn to facilitate commuting and for emergency call-ins.
• You speak fluent Swedish or Polish.
• A driver's license is required, preferably for manual transmission.
• Experience in the profession is meritorious, but personal suitability is decisive.
• It is appreciated if your CV and cover letter are up to date.

Scope: The position is a scheduled employment of approximately 30 hours/week, during daytime. Opportunities for overtime exist when needed, including weekends.

Working Hours: 2-week rolling schedule

• Week 1: 08:00–15:00
• Week 2: 15:00–22:00
