Viktoriagården is nestled in a beautiful and peaceful environment in the small village of Aspa, along Route 223 between Nyköping and Björnlunda/Gnesta. In our small community, consisting of five houses and a day activity center, 10 adults with disabilities (LSS, category 1) live and work. We work in small teams around each user to ensure the best possible continuity. In total, we have approximately 50 permanent employees and 15 hourly employees.

We are currently looking for several temporary staff members for our homes. The role involves covering for regular staff during sick leave and holidays. There are good opportunities for extended temporary contracts and/or future permanent employment.

Your responsibilities: Supporting the individual in their daily life and day activities. As a person, you are empathetic, curious, and responsible. You have good collaboration skills but can also take independent initiative. The work is developing and offers great freedom under responsibility.

Requirements and merits: Knowledge of low-arousal approach and experience with challenging behaviors are of great importance. Experience with alternative communication, sign support, or picture support is considered an advantage.

You must be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, as documentation is part of the job. A valid B-driver's license is required as you will be driving company vehicles.

Working hours and schedule: You will primarily work full days (morning to late evening) or 24-hour shifts.
