Personal Assistant Wanted for Female Client in Oxelösund

We are looking for a female personal assistant with a valid driver's license who is interested in working on a scheduled roster, but we also have a need for temporary substitutes. Please specify in your application whether you are applying for a scheduled position or as a temporary employee.

Job Scope and Working Hours

The position is for 14 hours per week (active hours, on-call hours are additional). The scheduled shifts are mostly between 17:00–08:00 with standby duty between 23:00–06:00. There is also a day shift between 08:00–15:00. The schedule includes work every other weekend. During the summer, there will be opportunities to work extra hours to cover the vacation period.

Client's Conditions

The client has 24-hour assistance with standby duty between 23:00–06:00. Assistants have their own room at the client's home, equipped with a bed, TV, and a desk.

A driver's license is mandatory as the client enjoys going to the grocery store and similar errands. She has her own car which the assistant will drive. It is important that you are empathetic, communicative, and have good social skills. Speaking Spanish is a plus.

Training and Requirements

To work with us, you must complete certain training courses during the recruitment process. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities, personality, and previous experience. Since the role involves documentation, it is important that you can express yourself well in Swedish.
