By the young person and/or guardian consenting to the participating actors sharing information about the young person, all involved have the same knowledge. This increases the conditions for being able to provide the right support at the right time.

Network Leader

As a network leader, you plan, lead, and follow up on network meetings and SIP (Social Intervention Plans) meetings on behalf of the units within the Area for Children and Young People. In your work, you use Signs of Safety and collaborate with other important actors around the family.

You are responsible for mobilizing and coordinating the network around the child with the aim of strengthening protection, increasing participation, and creating long-term support structures. You map and engage both the child's private network and professional actors such as social services, schools, healthcare, and civil society. The assignment includes planning, inviting to, and leading structured network meetings where the child is at the center, as well as facilitating dialogue and joint planning based on the child's needs.
