AI Engineer - Stockholm

Location: Stockholm (Hybrid) Scope: 100% Period: 2026-07-31 – 2027-03-31

The Role and Key Responsibilities

As an AI Engineer focusing on Generative AI, you will become a key member of our cross-functional team. Your focus will lie in three main areas:

• Language Models & Agent Technology: Develop advanced solutions using RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), prompt engineering, and agent frameworks to create intelligent and user-friendly AI experiences.

• Data Processing & Pipelines: Build scalable data pipelines to extract, structure, and store data in object storage, vector, or graph databases, as well as integrate with external systems.

• Operationalization (LLMOps): Secure operations, lifecycle management, performance optimization, and monitoring of the platforms. You ensure that solutions meet the high security and data protection requirements required in financial operations.

• Languages: Python, JavaScript, TypeScript

• Backend & API: FastAPI, Celery, Nginx

• Frontend: React.js, Tailwind, DaisyUI

• Databases: MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, Vector/Graph Databases

• Platform & Cloud: Azure Container Apps (with planned migration to Kubernetes), Docker Compose

• CI/CD & IaC: Azure DevOps, Bicep

Who Are You? (Requirements & Competency Level 3)

To quickly get up to speed in the role and contribute to our ongoing AI initiatives, we are looking for you who are an independent team player and a role model for other developers.

• Experience: 4–8 years of experience as a consultant in the field (including at least 2 years at the equivalent Level 2).

• Competence: High technical competence in Generative AI, development in Python/TypeScript, and experience building and operating applications in cloud environments (preferably Azure).

• Leadership: Ability to take responsibility for specific sub-areas and, if necessary, lead a small group.

• Independence: You drive your work forward in a smooth, structured, and efficient manner.

Note: As we conduct financial operations, high security requirements are imposed. A thorough background check may be requested before the assignment starts (the cost is borne by the consultancy company or the one-person consultancy).
