About the role In this receptionist position, you will help develop a service role in one of Gothenburg's most popular shopping centers!
At the beautiful information desk in Frölunda Torg, you as a receptionist are part of the shopping experience for visitors and a natural contact point for employees in the center. Together with your colleague, you will be the face of the shopping center, which requires good communication skills, empathy, and a positive attitude. We offer varied and independent work in a pleasant environment with cheerful and service-oriented colleagues.
The tasks are varied and include referring visitors, answering questions, selling gift cards, and contacting suppliers and center management. The role also includes administrative tasks, such as working in Canva to create information sheets or simpler marketing materials. You will update and manage content on various digital platforms and administer and coordinate when, for example, a new store opens. Other administrative tasks may include handling internal matters, documentation, and follow-up.
You will become an important contact person for everyone in the center and deliver high-level service daily!
Who you are You are a true service star who is passionate about providing exceptional service and enjoys working administratively. You have a flexible work style where you tackle challenges in a solution-oriented and non-hierarchical manner. You understand the importance of working together as a team, but also working independently and taking responsibility for your own tasks.
Previous experience
You have previous experience working in service, reception, or similar roles
You speak fluent Swedish and English
You have experience with the Office suite
Completed upper secondary education
Experience working in CMS tools (e.g., WordPress) is an advantage
The employment Employment type: Fixed-term contract, with a possibility of extension. Employment level: The position is 79.63% and lasts for approximately one year. Start: August. Working hours: Monday to Friday 13:45-20:10 and every other Sunday 09:30-14:00.
