About the Operation
The primary school/adapted primary school operation is part of the Education Administration. The operation covers 21 primary schools as well as adapted primary school, with a total of approximately 4,500 students. Four of the primary schools are upper secondary schools, while the others, with a few exceptions, cover grades F-6 (Preschool Class to Grade 6). The operation also includes after-school centers.
About South School
South School is a F–6 school with an associated after-school center. The school has three preschool classes and two classes per grade from grade 1 to grade 6. Our vision is based on the idea that we learn the most when we feel our best. Everyone is equally valuable, and everyone has different needs. All students should be given the conditions to be "their best self." We, students, guardians, and staff, have high expectations of each other. Together, we create a school that we are all proud of, which provides knowledge for the rest of life.

We are now looking for a teacher for instruction in Swedish and Mathematics!

Job Responsibilities
As a teacher, you are responsible for the planning, implementation, and evaluation of teaching based on the curriculum.
- You create a safe and inclusive learning environment and support, motivate, and stimulate students' development through varied working methods based on their individual conditions.
- In teaching, you make a difference for our students by believing in their abilities, encouraging creativity and curiosity, and making it clear to each student that they can succeed in big and small things.
- You work based on proven experience and research and strive for students to achieve the best possible development, both academically and socially.
- You carefully document students' performance and development.
- You have contact and collaborate with guardians.
- Through systematic quality work, you work to ensure that set goals are met.
- Together with your work team, you develop the school's mission and continuously promote collegial learning.
Qualifications
Formal Competence:
- We are looking for you with a degree and teacher certification as a primary school teacher with eligibility to teach Swedish and Mathematics in grades 1-6.
- You have good communicative skills and can express yourself well in both speech and writing in Swedish.
- Experience in teaching is desirable.
Personal Competence:
- You should be a clear, positive leader who easily creates good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. Furthermore, you have the ability to see all students and take into account their individual conditions.
- You have a good understanding of how humans acquire knowledge and of people's different conditions. You adapt your way of conveying your message to the recipient.
Employment and Working Hours
Employment Type: Fixed-term employment.
Working Hours: Daytime, Monday-Friday
