Lillgårdens Waldorf Preschool is looking for a resource pedagogue to support a child with type 1 diabetes. The position is full-time (100%) starting on August 10th. You should be empathetic, open-minded, and able to collaborate well with other educators. Knowledge of Waldorf pedagogy is desirable. We would appreciate it if you have experience working in children's groups, and preferably experience with children who have type 1 diabetes. There is an opportunity to learn about type 1 diabetes if needed.

Lillgårdens Waldorf Preschool in Bromma is a small preschool with small children's groups working based on Waldorf pedagogy, where interaction with nature is an important part of a little human's development. We place great emphasis on free play, where the preschool pedagogue is an active, present adult. The preschool pedagogue engages in handicrafts, raking, planting, and building together with the children. The children are given the opportunity to imitate the adult role model and are thereby inspired to engage in various forms of play.
