Bellevue Primary Health Care Centre operates on behalf of Region Skåne and has just over 4,000 registered patients. Our ambition is to offer our patients high-quality care with continuity and short waiting times. At our centre, every patient interaction is unique, and we use our collective experience to continuously develop the best possible care.
The role involves typical tasks for a District Nurse or Diabetes Nurse at a primary health care centre, such as scheduled and unscheduled visits at the clinic, as well as telephone advice. We use the medical record system PMO.
The workload may vary, requiring flexibility and a structured approach to work. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
