About the role

Financial Control & Accounting (FCA) is a global finance organization within Group Finance, responsible for ensuring compliance with financial and tax regulations, accounting, and financial reporting for most divisions, business areas, and corporate functions. FCA is also responsible for our global delivery center for finance (Accounting Services), which provides high-quality, process-efficient, and automated financial services. We are a truly global organization with approximately 1,400 highly qualified employees in more than 50 countries, closely integrated with local operations.

In this role, you will work closely with the Chief Accountant of the business and collaborate with colleagues in Poland and India regarding accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.

Together, you will contribute to ensuring accurate financial reporting, support the closing process, perform analyses, and stay updated on accounting principles and reporting requirements. You will also be responsible for driving the annual reporting process for our client and acting as the main contact person and coordinator with external auditors.

Your qualifications:

• A university degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field, combined with relevant experience in accounting.
• At least 8 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of K3 and IFRS.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience working in SAP or similar ERP systems.

Experience from an audit firm is meritorious, and experience working in a large company is an advantage.
