About the Role
As a Residential Support Worker, you base your work on the residents' individual needs and wishes, providing support in daily life from a pedagogical approach. Together with other employees, you work towards making the day meaningful and rich in content. You support and guide with personal care, meals, medication management, cleaning, social contacts, and communication. A key part of the job is to stimulate and motivate the resident to develop their abilities and create opportunities for an active and meaningful leisure time. Your duties also include documenting and planning based on implementation plans. Working hours include daytime, evenings, weekends, and sleeping on-call shifts.

You have a team leader or group manager nearby who spends part of their time working in the operations. This can also be a future career opportunity for you.

Your Experience and Knowledge
The ideal candidate has upper secondary education in care and nursing or equivalent. You have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing, good computer skills, and experience with documentation. Experience working with the target group is an advantage. However, your CV is not the most important factor. If you have the right qualities, we will provide support and opportunities for you to grow.

You have a positive outlook, a strong commitment to people, and are responsible. You enjoy working in a team, supporting your colleagues, and always have the best interests of our users as your starting point in everything you do.
