We are looking for someone who truly wants to make a difference for children and families! We seek you who are experienced, driven, and engaged, open to different perspectives, and want to create long-term sustainable solutions for children and their families. In Härryda, you will have the opportunity to work in a pleasant and collaborative environment where your work truly makes a difference every day.
The Investigation and Protection Unit consists of an intake, two investigation groups, a security team, and the social services' Domestic Violence Team. The operational area also includes the preventive unit and the family support and foster care unit, which enables close collaboration and the right help at the right time. We are investing, expanding, and developing! Our unit is characterized by respect, security, courage, curiosity, and joy in work. We share this with our colleagues in the preventive and operational units. Together, we actively work with working environment, well-being, everyone's participation, and competence development. With us, you are part of a work group that is genuinely pleasant, considerate, non-hierarchical, and competent!
Your Role
In your role as a Social Secretary in the High-Intensity Investigation Group, you will meet children, young people, and families who return to social services, where there is previous concern/prior knowledge and where no change has occurred, and there is a need to try something new. The working method involves intensive and close collaboration with families and networks. To make this possible, you will have fewer cases and usually a colleague as a co-handling officer. High-intensity investigation work aims to achieve change so that the existing concern decreases. High-intensity investigation work often requires the involvement of several professional actors who collaborate around the family in different ways, several times a week. The work involves a combination of investigation work and active change work.
You use the BBiC method to map and analyze the child's needs and base your work on a systemic holistic perspective with Signs of Safety as an approach. You follow up and evaluate decided interventions. You collaborate closely with colleagues within the municipality and with partners in different operational areas. You participate and actively contribute to the development of the operations.

Requirements:
· You have a degree in Social Work (Social Worker/Socionom)
· Valid driver's license (Category B)
· Experience in investigation work/public authority duties.
Merits:
Training in BBiC, Signs of Safety, Ester, Savry, systems theory, MI, ViNR, or honor-related violence and threats.

You show good judgment and a positive view of humanity with respectful treatment. You want to contribute to maintaining our positive working environment and lovely atmosphere. In the work, it is important that you can express yourself well verbally and in writing, and that you adapt communication to the situation and target group.
