You are flexible and thrive with varying working hours, including night shifts (sleeping on-call). You are comfortable working independently and have strong collaboration skills.
To succeed in the role, you need to be:
- Independent and decisive
- Relationship-building and clear in your communication
- Low-affective and calm in stressful situations
