RESPONSIBILITIES

In the role of childcare worker, you are part of a work team that collaborates based on current guidelines and directives for the preschool. Together in the work team, you work towards the children's development and learning.

Fixed-term employment from 2026-08-17 to 2027-06-11.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who have a childcare education or other pedagogical experience. Knowledge of autism and alignment with the preschool's focus are meritorious. You have good teamwork skills and are independent, proactive, goal-oriented, and have a situational approach. A positive attitude is a prerequisite. You are interested in developing new work methods and spreading knowledge and experiences to colleagues. You have a professional approach to children, guardians, and colleagues and can easily create good relationships. We place great emphasis on all educators contributing to children's language development, therefore good knowledge of the Swedish language is required in both speech and writing. We also place great emphasis on personal suitability.
