PROPERTY TECHNICIAN

DALSLAND & VÄRMLAND

MBA Property Services is expanding. MBA originated from Gothenburg, but nowadays we manage properties across half of Sweden. We are now in need of a Property Technician with responsibility for the Dalsland, Värmland, and surrounding areas.

Your Role

We are looking for someone who wants to work as a Property Technician in various parts of Dalsland & Värmland, such as Mellerud, Åmål, Karlstad, and the surrounding areas, for MBA Property Services. As an employee, you are the face of the company and are responsible for contact with both property managers, tenants, and contractors. We are therefore looking for you who are service-oriented, independent, and orderly, with a pleasant attitude and approach.

The position offers a variety of tasks where corrective maintenance for our tenants constitutes the largest part. You work responsibly with your property portfolio and participate in follow-up meetings with our customers. The service area is mostly in Värmland and Dalsland and includes a lot of travel.

Within the company, you will have the opportunity for competence development in the areas you work with.

Your tasks will include among other things:

• Corrective measures in premises, etc.
• Operations and maintenance.
• Indoor and outdoor maintenance, including grass cutting.
• Rounds and meter readings.
• Perform planned maintenance.
• Administrative tasks, e.g., in Excel.
• Project management and quotation procedures.

Your Profile

Desirable qualifications are relevant education or alternatively 5 years of experience in similar work. High social competence, interest in technology, and a sense of service are qualities that are valued. You work largely independently, but since tasks vary, there are also tasks you perform together with colleagues or other contractors, making teamwork an important skill. There is a fair amount of administrative work, which means that basic knowledge of Excel is of great importance.

You need to be able to communicate clearly in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.

You work from home, and since this is a broad assignment that includes many trips to and from the properties, a B-class driver's license is required.
