About the role

As a Maintenance and Operating Technician, you work with operations and maintenance at our production facility in Mölndal. The facility includes assembly, machining, and packaging machines as well as a process and purification plant.

You will be responsible for a specific area or machine together with colleagues from different parts of the business in a cross-functional team.

Your main responsibilities:

• Drive improvement work within your area together with a cross-functional group working on product and machine area development.
• Develop, test, improve, and commission new and existing machines and processes.
• Contribute to stable and efficient processes on our production equipment.
• Develop and ensure preventive and corrective maintenance.

• Documented technical competence and experience within operations and maintenance.

• A good understanding of cost-effective and long-term maintenance work.
• The ability to communicate clearly and pedagogically with colleagues at different levels of technical knowledge.
• Very good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
