Your role with us

As a Maintenance Electrician, you will play a central role in ensuring smooth production. You will work with both preventive and corrective maintenance and be involved in the development of our processes, facilities, and working methods.

We are looking for someone who thrives in an operation where collaboration, service, and continuous improvement are in focus. You have a customer-oriented mindset where production is your internal customer, and you contribute with engagement, initiative, and professional conduct. You will be part of a team of eight people.

In the role of Maintenance Electrician, you will among other things:

  • Perform preventive maintenance according to established routines.
  • Work with troubleshooting and corrective maintenance in close collaboration with colleagues in maintenance and production.
  • Participate in improvement work and reliability teams to develop the facility’s availability and efficiency.
  • Report completed work in our maintenance system, IDUS.
  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and develop machinery, control systems, and building-related installations.

To succeed in the role, you are structured, responsible, and solution-oriented. You work carefully, document your work well, and ensure that information is clearly transferred between shifts and colleagues.

Location is Tidaholm. Working hours are primarily during the day, but other hours may occur if needed.

What you need to succeed in the role

To succeed in the role, you have experience from manufacturing industry and feel confident in troubleshooting within electricity, automation, and control systems. You have a high school education in electricity/automation, or alternatively, you have acquired equivalent competence through work. We also see that you have experience in building maintenance as well as troubleshooting and work in building-related control systems. Requirements for the position are fluent Swedish skills, both spoken and written, and a B-driver’s license.

Meritorious for the position is experience with robots, robot programming, or industrial automation.
