Property Technician (Fixed-term Contract) – Gothenburg | Studentbostäder i Norden

Make a difference in the daily lives of students! We are looking for a service-oriented, self-sufficient property technician who wants to be our face to the public and create safe, well-maintained living environments in Gothenburg and Trollhättan.

About the role

As a temporary Property Technician at Studentbostäder i Norden, you will become part of a united team in Gothenburg. We are driven by our core values: Responsible, Open, and Forward-looking – with us, you will have the opportunity to influence, develop, and be part of an exciting journey.

Your responsibilities include:

• Acting as the link between property management and tenants
• Key handling, customer contact, and information management
• Creating a pleasant atmosphere and community through events
• Handling maintenance reports, conducting inspections, and performing controls
• Preparing billing documentation
• Supervising contractors regarding external maintenance

Qualifications

• Experience with administrative work and computer literacy
• Background in property technology, service, maintenance, or similar
• Valid driver's license (Category B) is required
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English – additional languages are an asset

Personal qualities

You are social, engaged, and self-sufficient. You are passionate about service, have strong communication skills, and build long-term relationships.
