About the role

As a Maintenance Technician, you are responsible for ensuring stable and efficient operation of production equipment. You work with both preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and automated systems. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys technology, problem-solving, and continuous improvement. You will become an important part of the maintenance team and collaborate closely with production and other technical functions.

Your responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and technical faults
• Participate in the installation, commissioning, and modification of machinery and equipment
• Contribute to improvement work to increase operational reliability and productivity
• Document performed maintenance and follow up on actions
• Collaborate with production and other departments to minimize downtime

About you

We are looking for someone who is technically interested, solution-oriented, and responsible. You work in a structured manner, have a high awareness of safety and quality, and enjoy analyzing problems to find sustainable solutions. You are self-motivated in your work but also appreciate collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals. You have a strong commitment to technology and are driven by developing both processes and working methods.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license (Category B) and access to a car
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Post-secondary education in maintenance technology, electrical engineering, automation, industry, or equivalent
• Experience working as a maintenance technician in an industrial setting
• Knowledge of mechanics combined with electrical engineering, pneumatics, or automation
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and take responsibility for your work
