IT and Media Technician with Facility Manager Responsibilities
Do you want to work in a varied role where technology, service, and facility-related responsibilities meet? We are looking for you who are solution-oriented, technically curious, and enjoy helping others in their daily routines. Here, you will have a central role in ensuring that both technology and premises function smoothly – from digital systems and meeting rooms to practical building-related issues.
Responsibilities
You work broadly with support, operation, and development of our technical environments while also having facility manager responsibilities in our premises. This means you support colleagues in Microsoft 365, work with Power Automate and Power Apps, and manage SharePoint solutions linked to the business. You install and troubleshoot AV equipment such as screens, projectors, and sound systems, and are responsible for conference systems like Teams Rooms and Yealink. You also handle booking systems and digital signage via Logitech Sync, troubleshoot in Windows environments, and work in order systems such as Proceedo according to current procurement routines.
As a facility manager, you are responsible for ensuring that the premises function practically in daily work. This may involve contact with suppliers and building maintenance, handling fault reports, supervising meeting rooms and common areas, and ensuring that technology, furniture, and the environment work as intended. You are often the first point of contact for practical problems in the premises and ensure that actions are carried out or escalated to the right party.
An important part of the role is also to identify recurring problems, see patterns in fault reports, and contribute to long-term improvements in both technology and the environment.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Upper secondary or post-secondary education in electricity, technology, craft profession, or work experience that the employer assesses can be equated with relevant education.
- Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and a basic understanding of Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint. You have experience with AV technology and installation, as well as good ability to troubleshoot in Windows environments.
- Valid driver's license (Category B).
Meritorious:
- Experience with Logitech Sync, Soundcraft, or Teams Rooms.
- Work within public sector operations.
- Experience with digital order systems.
- Experience with facility-related service or facility manager roles.
As a person, you are quick to learn, structured, and have the ability to see patterns and areas for improvement. You are service-oriented, practical, and communicate clearly with different types of users.
Great emphasis will be placed on personal qualities.
To work within our operations, you must present an extract from the criminal record register before employment. You apply for your register extract with the Swedish Police Authority.
