The Role

As an Occupational Health Nurse/Registered Nurse at Avonova, you serve as a support for company management, managers, contact persons, and employees based on your professional expertise. You act as a support and advisor in health and working environment issues for managers and staff in our client companies, with responsibility for planning and implementing initiatives for our clients.

You are part of a team of professional consultants with medical, technical, psychosocial, organizational, and administrative competence, and you should also enjoy working independently. Your primary workplace is our health center in Malmö, but you will also work at our other locations in the South as needed, and occasionally at our clients' premises.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Health examinations - Statutory and general
• Vaccinations
• Occupational health clinic services
• Rehabilitation work and training initiatives
• Account management for certain client companies

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are trained as a Registered Nurse or Occupational Health Nurse, preferably with experience in occupational health. Experience in rehabilitation coordination is meritorious but not a requirement. You have a business-minded and consultative approach with a focus on customer value and satisfaction in a sales-oriented organization. Furthermore, you have a health-promoting mindset and a genuine interest in people, their health, and their working environment. If you want to work and develop with us, you should enjoy working consultatively and have an easy time building relationships. You are secure, stable, and self-reliant, and enjoy collaborating in teams with other professional categories such as doctors, physiotherapists/ergonomists, behavioral scientists, psychologists, occupational health engineers, and administrators. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities.

We would prefer that you are comfortable working in a private business environment and have a business-minded approach in your professional role. You are structured and have good IT skills. Experience with the Office package is a prerequisite for working with us. A driver's license and access to a car are necessary as there are travel requirements in the role.
