We are building a professional team of project managers and project engineers in Linköping and Norrköping. Together, we shape our working methods and deliver road infrastructure projects with high quality within budget, on schedule, and with a focus on sustainability.

As a project manager, you play a key role in ensuring that projects meet their goals. You drive and coordinate projects from early planning to production and handover to operations. In your work, you lead teams of specialists, build strong collaborations with consultants and contractors, and communicate with authorities, municipalities, and the public.

Together with procurement support, you will also be involved in developing business strategies and conducting procurements for consultants and contractors.

What measures might our projects include?

• New construction and reconstruction of national roads within the region
• Wildlife crossings
• Pedestrian and cycle paths along the state road network
• Bridge projects - from dimensioning studies, reclassification, and strengthening to new construction

Who are you?

As a project manager, you are accustomed to leading in a structured and methodical manner. You keep track of processes, schedules, and economics, and ensure that the right things happen in the right order. You have a solution-oriented approach and experience handling complex issues where different perspectives and interests need to be weighed against each other. Through your communication skills, you can convey information clearly and appropriately, whether you are meeting project groups, other authorities, or the public.

You are results-oriented and drive the work forward with a focus on quality and delivery. With a systematic working method and good experience from similar roles, you contribute to projects meeting their goals and creating long-term value for the business and society.

We are looking for someone who

• has a relevant university or college degree of at least 180 hp (120 p) or equivalent competence acquired through experience that we assess as equivalent
• has several years of current experience as a project manager, site manager, project leader, or similar in the construction industry, where you have been responsible for planning and monitoring time, cost, content, economics, resource usage, quality, safety, environment, as well as contract and result management
• has current practical knowledge in contract law (AB, ABT, ABK)
• has experience from procurements of consultants and contractors through the Public Procurement Act (LOU)
• has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• holds a valid B driver's license

It is meritorious if you

• have several years of experience from the client or contractor role in maintenance or new construction projects in road or infrastructure projects related to railways
• have current and practical knowledge in AMA Construction
• have current experience and/or education in client responsibility
• have several years of experience working with design within infrastructure projects, such as road, bridge, or pedestrian and/or cycle path projects
