About the role

Are you ready to start your career in service and maintenance in a practical and developmental role? We are looking for a Junior Service and Maintenance Technician who wants to learn the trade, contribute to daily operations, and develop alongside experienced colleagues. In this role, you will perform basic service and maintenance tasks under supervision. This position is ideal for someone new to the industry or at the beginning of their technical career who wants to build practical experience in a safe and professional work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lubrication according to schedules.
• Simple bearing replacements.
• Cleaning and preventive maintenance.
• Assist with mechanical repairs.
• Participate in shutdowns and overhaul work.
• Perform simple inspections.
• Document completed work.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical understanding.
• Safe use of hand tools.
• Basic ability to read drawings.
• Understanding of working environment and safety.
