ABOUT THE ROLE YOU ARE APPLYING FOR

The role of Team Leader is built on structure and organization. You will work closely with the work team and your direct manager to ensure the smooth daily operation of our business. This is a full-time, on-site position.

• You will spend the majority of your time working in the field as a service technician with varied tasks, as well as handling daily planning and follow-up. The role is split approximately 80% field work and 20% administrative.
• Ensure the work team has the correct information and conditions to perform their tasks in the best possible way.
• Ensure that you work according to established routines and that everyone knows what they are supposed to do.
• Participate in customer meetings as well as internal meetings to ensure efficiency and that our goals are met.
• The role is dynamic and changes according to needs.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU

We will place great emphasis on your personal qualities and previous experience in leadership and planning.

• We are looking for someone with previous experience leading a work team on a daily basis.
• You need to be structured and organized to be able to plan and follow up on work.
• Willingness to take initiative and be driven with attention to detail in your tasks.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English is required.
• A valid B-license for manual transmission cars is required.
