About the role

This is a key and central role in a smaller company where you will have a significant impact on both daily operations and the quality and progress of projects.

You are responsible for the planning, coordination, and follow-up of installation projects, acting as the hub between customers, installers, inspectors, and other involved parties.

In this role, you will:

  • Create and monitor schedules for installations.
  • Plan staffing and allocate the right team to the right project.
  • Maintain ongoing contact with installers and support them throughout the projects.
  • Participate in construction meetings and represent ÖstgötaFönster at customer sites.
  • Ensure quality and progress in projects.
  • Handle self-inspections and project documentation.
  • Participate in final inspections and drive issues to closure.
  • Maintain close dialogue with customers, contractors, and inspectors.

The role requires you to be confident and able to build trust in your interactions with both customers and tradespeople. You must be able to take charge, make decisions, and drive work forward in a professional and solution-oriented manner.

Your profile

We believe you have experience from construction, contracting, or project management and are accustomed to coordinating people, planning, and projects in practice.
