About the Role

Do you want to work closely with customers, consultants, and the business in a role where you take full responsibility? We are looking for a Consulting Manager for our office in Skövde. This role is perfect for you if you enjoy building connections with companies, fostering long-term relationships, and driving processes forward with both structure and care. You need to thrive in customer dialogue and have the courage to initiate contact, schedule meetings, and follow up on opportunities. At the same time, it is equally important that you are present in the delivery and want to understand the people behind every assignment. As a Consulting Manager with us, you need to have a clear business drive, but you must never lose sight of the human element in the process. You should be able to understand the customer's needs and identify the required competencies, while also recognizing that people are more than just their paper qualifications. A good staffing solution should work in everyday life, for both the customer and the consultant, even after the assignment has started. This is a role for you who wants to grow together with a local team and help develop First Personalpartner's presence in Skövde and the surrounding area. You will have significant personal responsibility, but you will not stand alone. We are looking for someone who is curious, responsible, and business-driven in a way that builds trust rather than dominating the room.

Responsibilities

As a Consulting Manager, you work with both customer development and ongoing consultant responsibility. You create new customer dialogues, develop existing collaborations, and manage the staffing process from the initial need to follow-up at the workplace. The role includes: • Contacting new customers and booking meetings • Conducting customer visits and understanding customer needs • Creating requirement profiles together with the customer • Driving selection, interviews, and candidate presentations • Matching candidates to assignments where they have the right conditions to succeed • Being responsible for consultants out on assignments • Following up on well-being, attendance, and work environment • Handling issues that arise during ongoing assignments • Working towards goals and contributing to the office's development The daily routine requires you to switch between customer contact, recruitment, and follow-up without losing quality. Some days are more sales-driven. Other days involve solving practical issues, supporting a consultant, or ensuring a process moves forward. It is a role with much contact and great responsibility, but also with a clear opportunity to make an impact.

Qualifications and Personal Attributes

We are looking for you who have experience in sales, customer contact, or work where relationships have been an important part of the role. To thrive with us, you need to be humble, confident, and proactive. You easily meet different types of people and understand that trust is built through presence, clarity, and responsibility. You enjoy creating results but also know that the quality of the delivery determines whether the collaboration lasts over time. Requirements for the role: • Very good Swedish in speech and writing • Valid driver's license (Category B) We would also appreciate if you have: • Experience in sales, customer contact, or customer responsibility • Habit of taking own initiatives and following up on dialogues • Ability to keep processes together and drive them forward • Experience working in digital systems Experience from staffing, recruitment, industry, or other people-oriented activities is meritorious. As a person, you are relationship-driven and unpretentious. You have a natural interest in people and are simultaneously curious about the business behind every need. You need to be able to listen, ask good questions, and dare to be clear when the situation demands it.
