Health Centre Råå is located in southern Helsingborg, just a stone's throw from the sea, with good train and bus connections. We have just over 50 employees taking care of our 11,400 registered patients. We offer these patients a wide range of clinics including diabetes, asthma/COPD, hypertension, elderly care, and district nurse clinics, as well as a child health center. We also strive for every patient to have their own named doctor, and for patients with chronic illnesses to be regularly called from a waiting list for visits. This ensures good and high-quality care for our patients.
At our center, we work in a cross-professional and team-based manner, and the doors are always open for collegial questions and discussions. We hold a short morning meeting daily to keep everyone updated on what is happening in the operations. Furthermore, we constantly strive to develop and work continuously to improve our operations. RESPONSIBILITIES
We offer you a developing and stimulating job characterized by personal responsibility, participation, and teamwork. Here, you will have the opportunity to work with standard secretarial tasks within primary care, such as medical record writing, scanning, mail handling, and administrative support in various programs. You will be one of four secretaries, where you together distribute the work based on your competencies and areas of interest, ensuring that the clinic's operations run smoothly within your areas of responsibility. There is also some reception work involved.
We constantly strive to work in a patient-safe and efficient manner. As part of this, you and the other medical secretaries are involved in the quality assurance work at the health center. This gives you good opportunities to influence existing routines and working methods.
We are positive towards development, both in that you as an employee receive continuous training and opportunities to develop, but also that everyone contributes to the unit's development over time. Together we create our clinic within the framework of the assignment. Depending on the operations' requirements and needs, there may be an opportunity for you to perform work remotely, from home.
QUALIFICATIONS
You who apply have a completed education in health and social care administration (80p KY or 400p YH) or equivalent medical secretary education. You have good knowledge of medical terminology and the Swedish language, both spoken and written. If you have previous experience in the role of HR and executive support, we see this as meritorious. We would also like you to have previous experience working in primary care.
As a person, you are good at planning and organizing your work and have the ability to prioritize and adapt when needed. You are careful, secure, and stable, as well as receptive and empathetic. We see that you have a positive attitude and a great commitment to your work. Furthermore, you cooperate well and enjoy a variation of tasks. We would like you, just like us, to have an interest in working with development and improvement. In addition, you have a good approach towards both patients and colleagues. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
