Landskrona Care AB is a municipal company offering care and support housing, healthcare, home care services, as well as support and services for people with disabilities. The company will manage all municipal care activities in Landskrona starting from 2025 and is owned by the City of Landskrona.

Job Responsibilities

As a Care Responsible Nurse, you are part of maintaining patient safety at Landskrona Care AB. You will work together with a group of Care Responsible Nurses, where you will have access to support and assistance. Within the City of Landskrona, there is an HSL group with extended delegations. The extended delegations and management of the HSL group's assistant nurses are handled by the Care Responsible Nurses in ordinary housing within home healthcare.

We are co-located in a building at Kungsgatan 15 with various professions working with our patients, which provides new perspectives and increased quality for patients registered in home healthcare ordinary housing, LSS housing, and care and support housing. The role includes traditional responsibilities for a Care Responsible Nurse within municipal primary care. Supporting and motivating staff, relatives, and other caregivers is part of your duties.

The work involves contacts within your own operations and with other caregivers, inpatient care, primary care, and ambulance services in the region. You will interact with medical technology and patients with complex care needs. You need good computer skills and the ability to handle modern technology. We want your work to be characterized by an ethical approach and carried out in accordance with current regulations and guidelines. As a person, you have good interpersonal skills, work towards good results, and take responsibility. You work methodically and with a scientific approach.

Qualifications

We are looking for a District Nurse, Specialist Nurse with a focus on elderly care, or alternatively a General Nurse. Experience working in municipal care, palliative care, inpatient care, and primary care is meritorious. Proficiency in documenting in medical record systems is required. In Landskrona, people live with many different nationalities, and we welcome applicants with broad cultural competence.

A B-driver's license for manual transmission is required as night shifts are included.
