Stena Recycling is now looking for an Account Manager for our branch in Uddevalla. Here you will have the opportunity to work in a forward-looking industry where sustainability, business, and innovation go hand in hand. For you who want to work close to the business and result-oriented in a region with great development potential, this is a role with both depth and breadth. In the role, you will primarily process customers in Uddevalla and the surrounding area, actively working to establish new customer relationships while developing existing collaborations.
In the role as Account Manager, you are responsible for identifying, contacting, and processing new customers within industries such as manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, retail, and public sector operations – while simultaneously developing long-term relationships with existing customers.
You help customers develop their recycling and sustainability processes by offering Stena Recycling's recycling and environmental services. The customer dialogue takes place on both operational and strategic levels, where you analyze the needs of the businesses and identify how Stena Recycling can contribute to increased efficiency, profitability, and sustainability.
The work is carried out in close collaboration with the regional and central sales organization as well as the operations at the branch and includes among other things:
- High activity level with a focus on qualitative customer meetings
- Development of existing customer relationships and establishment of new business
- Prospecting and identification of new business opportunities
- Responsibility for driving business, delivery, and profitability in your customer portfolio
- Establishment and follow-up of customer plans, agreements, and activity goals
- Pricing, quotation work, and contract negotiation
- Lead and participate in customer teams together with internal specialists
- Follow-up of sales and activity goals at customer, regional, and individual levels
You are responsible for a varied customer portfolio ranging from smaller local operations to larger strategic customers and are expected to conduct 30 customer meetings each month to create long-term growth in the region.
The geographical area stretches from Stenungssund in the south to Strömstad in the north and Uddevalla inland.
We are looking for you who have a strong business drive and thrive on creating results through long-term customer relationships. You are curious, solution-oriented, and skilled at understanding the customer's business in depth. By asking the right questions, you identify needs, opportunities, and areas for development that create value for both the customer and Stena Recycling.
You work in a structured manner, have good planning skills, and thrive in a role where personal initiative and high activity make a difference. Good self-leadership is crucial – you take responsibility for driving your work forward, prioritizing correctly, and maintaining focus on goals even when the pace is high.
As a person, you are relationship-building, trustworthy, and consultative in your approach. You enjoy creating business, driving processes forward, and seeing concrete results from your work. If you also have experience in project management or coordinating multiple stakeholders simultaneously, it is an advantage.
To succeed in the role, we see that you have:
- Experience in complex B2B sales
- Experience in own customer responsibility and business development
- Good familiarity with CRM systems and the Office package
- Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing
- Category B driver's license
- Opportunity to travel within the region
