We are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to join a global technology organization and lead a high-performing commercial team supporting strategic technology initiatives.

About the Role

As Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for driving commercial excellence across technology operations, ensuring strong vendor relationships, cost optimization, and effective commercial governance. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a dynamic and evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a global team of commercial professionals across multiple locations.
  • Drive strategic sourcing, vendor selection, and commercial negotiations for technology-related agreements.
  • Ensure cost efficiency, value realization, and robust commercial governance.
  • Partner closely with technology, product, and design stakeholders to support business objectives.
  • Monitor supplier performance and manage key vendor relationships.
  • Enhance commercial and procurement processes to meet future business needs.
  • Provide leadership and direction in a fast-paced and changing environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Relevant academic degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in technology sourcing, procurement, vendor management, or commercial leadership roles.
  • Proven experience leading teams and driving change in complex organizations.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience building business cases and managing vendor frameworks.
  • Experience working with SaaS solutions, multi-vendor environments, and complex contract structures.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
