💛 About the position

You will work closely with a calm, happy, and charming young woman who appreciates life's little golden moments. She loves long walks by the sea, music, cozy moments in the kitchen, as well as fashion and interior design.

Since she communicates without speech, you need to be attentive and observant of body language, eye contact, and other signals. Creating a sense of security and understanding through presence and engagement is a key part of the role.

She lives with complex epilepsy, has a stoma and PEG tube, and uses a walking aid. The work therefore involves significant responsibility, requiring you to remain calm and act safely even in acute situations.

✔ Are secure, responsible, and empathetic
✔ Have a calm and stable demeanor that builds trust
✔ Are observant and good at reading people
✔ Can work both independently and together with colleagues
✔ Have fluent Swedish skills in both speech and writing (documentation is included)
✔ Have experience in care or personal assistance – advantageous but not required
