As a personal assistant, you will become an integral part of the daily life of a boy living with his family in Skogås, Huddinge. Getting to know the boy and his family is a prerequisite for the assistance to function in the best possible way. The boy is almost 8 years old and requires 24/7 assistance. He is highly susceptible to infections.

You will work with the boy both at home and at school.

Working as a personal assistant means working in someone else's home, which requires you to be sensitive to the family's needs. You must be able to work independently but also collaborate effectively with other assistants and the boy's parents. We are looking for someone with the personal suitability for this assignment. For us, it is important that you are responsible and meticulous in carrying out your tasks according to instructions, and accustomed to following routines. It is crucial that your personality contributes to creating a calm and secure environment in the home.

• You must be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written

• You are a trained assistant nurse (undersköterska)

About the position

We are seeking hourly substitute assistants. As an assistant, you may be scheduled for day, evening, and night shifts. We offer a fixed hourly wage according to agreement. Other compensations are according to the collective agreement. The selection process is ongoing, and more information will be provided during a potential interview. Start date is by agreement.

According to law (2010:479) regarding register control of personnel performing certain interventions for children with disabilities, we as employers are required to request a register extract from all employees who will work as personal assistants for a child under 18 years of age. The register extract must be submitted to us as the employer before the employment begins. You order the register extract yourself according to LSS from the police.
