Who are you?

We are looking for you who have a strong customer focus and enjoy providing professional service. You are quick to learn and can quickly get up to speed with new systems and technologies. Furthermore, you need to be able to adapt to different customers' needs to solve their problems. As a person, you are cheerful and social and find it easy to collaborate with others. We would like you to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle several cases and processes simultaneously. In this role, we place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Your experience

We see that you, as an applicant, have at least a secondary education, preferably in IT support/technology. Furthermore, we see that you have work experience in the support profession, preferably as Technical Support. Alternatively, you have work experience in customer service or another service profession and a strong interest in technology.

• Good knowledge of applications included in MS Office 2010/13/16.
• Basic knowledge of networking and TCP/IP.
• Good knowledge of supporting computers with Windows 7, 8, and 10.
• Good knowledge of administration in Active Directory, Exchange, and Skype, or services in Office365.
• Basic knowledge of Windows Server.
• Familiarity with ITIL.
• Good knowledge of supporting PC & Mac.
• Good knowledge of hardware and peripherals.
• Experience with case management systems.
