A smaller hospital in a beautiful archipelago setting is now looking for a specialist in rehabilitation medicine to join its dedicated team. Here, you are offered a broad and meaningful role where you work with the entire rehabilitation chain in an environment that encourages collaboration, development, and patient-centered care.

About the role

As a specialist in rehabilitation medicine, you are responsible for the assessment, treatment, and follow-up of patients with various disabilities, for example resulting from neurological conditions, orthopedic injuries, or chronic pain. The work is carried out in close collaboration with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, nurses, and other specialists.

The position offers room for development work and involvement in shaping the operations. You work with both inpatients and in outpatient care, with the opportunity to focus on specific patient groups based on your competency profile.

  • Working hours: 38.5 hours/week
  • Salary: Competitive, individual salary setting

We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds a Swedish specialist certificate in rehabilitation medicine
  • Has at least 2 years of experience as a specialist doctor
  • Has broad competence in rehabilitating patients with neurological or orthopedic disabilities
  • Has good communication skills and thrives in teamwork
  • Is solution-oriented and wants to contribute to the development of the operations
