Job Description

We are looking for you who want to work with qualified case processing. As a travel assistance case worker, your tasks involve investigating and making decisions in accordance with the Travel Assistance Act and the National Travel Assistance Act. The position involves purely legal tasks, some administration, as well as contact with our residents in Kronoberg and contacts within healthcare and social care.

At the travel assistance department, case workers work with high competence, which means it is a very stimulating environment to work and develop in. As a case worker, it is part of the role to stay updated and informed about issues related to the current legal areas. Qualifications

You have a legal education, a social work education, or another education that the employer considers equivalent. It is particularly meritorious if you have knowledge of the Travel Assistance Act and the National Travel Assistance Act or have worked as a case worker under other legislation.

It is important that you have good analytical skills, are result-oriented, and can express yourself well both orally and in writing. You find it easy to collaborate, are careful, structured, legally secure, forward-looking, and engaged, and have the ability to work both independently and together with others. You are confident in making and communicating decisions, even when they do not lead to the outcome the applicant desires.
