We are now looking for licensed nurses who want to work together with our engaged team within Home Healthcare South West.

At Capio Home Healthcare, we work with health and medical care interventions in the patients' homes. As a nurse, you will lead and support our assistant nurses in their work with the patients. We use TakeCare for medical records and Epsilon as a planning tool.

With us, you have the opportunity to plan and organize your tasks based on the needs of the operation. You receive alarms from 1177, which means that no two days are alike. Behind you is a great team of administrators, coordinators, and colleagues who together create the conditions for the operation to function in the best possible way.

We work when the primary healthcare centers are closed, which means that our working hours are scheduled for evenings, weekends, and public holidays. In the evenings, all nurses depart from our unit in Vårby. During weekends, we staff both our offices in Vårby and Södertälje. Regardless of where your shift is located, you work together with your colleagues to provide care to patients throughout Home Healthcare South West.

Your shifts are divided between clinical patient work and assignments as a charge nurse. The role involves varied work where you meet patients with different care needs and work closely with both assistant nurses and other professions to ensure safe and secure care at home.

We offer both fixed-term and permanent employment. Permanent employment begins with a six-month probation period.

• You are a licensed nurse and have at least two years of work experience

• You have a B driver's license

• You communicate fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing
