ABOUT THE POSITIONS

At Inre Kraft, we are looking for you who want to work as a personal assistant on a part-time basis for our client in Luleå (Bergviken). We currently have 4 vacant permanent positions at 70–100%. You will work both weekdays and weekends according to a rolling schedule. The schedule is being set up and will be presented in more detail to candidates who proceed in the recruitment process. The client has been granted 24-hour assistance with a waiting time of 9.5 hours.

Start date is by agreement, and we would prefer that you can start the introduction immediately.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

The client is a woman in her 50s who lives in a detached house with her husband and two children in their early teens. She has suffered a stroke, which currently limits her in her daily life as she was previously a very active person. She loves music, has played the piano and sung in a church choir. She often visits the church for high masses with her family and has a desire to start some form of exercise in the future.

Our client needs your help as an assistant in her daily life to be able to live as full a life as possible based on her conditions and wishes.

The duties include:

• Support with daily routines and occasional household chores
• Assistance with personal hygiene, dressing/undressing, and meals (including tube feeding)
• Support with all transfers using lifting aids, as well as training and rehabilitation
• Accompanying on activities outside the home

ARE YOU THE ONE WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for you who are passionate about working with people and can analyze the needs of other individuals. Furthermore, you should be receptive, proactive, solution-focused, and engaged. We would prefer that you are a woman between 24–60 years old who is calm, secure, and active. You are welcome to be passionate about rehabilitation and have an understanding of what a stroke entails. Since the client often visits the church, it is important that you do not have a belief that prevents you from attending high masses. Great importance is placed on personal suitability.

• Woman between 24–60 years old
• Very good knowledge of the Swedish language
• Experience working as a personal assistant

Employment level: 4 permanent positions 70–100 %

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with the collective agreement.

If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present a certificate of no criminal record. From March 1, 2026, new regulations apply meaning that the register check will include both a certificate of no criminal record and a certificate from the suspicion register. The certificate is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so the order should be placed well in advance.
