What will you do?

As a receptionist, you are the first point of contact in the business and set the tone for the entire experience. You work independently, take initiative, and ensure that everything runs smoothly – from the first meeting in the reception area to administrative tasks behind the scenes.

Examples of tasks include:

  • Welcome and assist visitors
  • Handle incoming calls and emails
  • Register visitors and manage visitor badges
  • Handle taxi orders and be responsible for rental car keys
  • Assist new employees and consultants with Security Briefings
  • Receive and send small parcels and invoices
  • Other administrative tasks

Who are you?

You are confident in your role and take natural ownership of your work. You work independently, are detail-oriented, and have good structure in how you plan and prioritize your day, even when the pace is fast and multiple things are happening simultaneously.

You see what needs to be done, take initiative, and follow up to ensure quality in the delivery. With a professional and service-oriented approach, you build trust in interactions with both colleagues and visitors.

You are happy to contribute ideas and suggestions for improvement and want to develop both working methods and the experience in the reception.

We are looking for you:

  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English
  • Good computer literacy and the ability to quickly adapt to new tools
  • Previous experience in service work where you have met customers or visitors, e.g., in the role of a receptionist.

About the position

  • Employment type: Permanent position
  • Working hours: 100%
  • Working hours: Monday – Friday, 07:30–16:30
  • Start date: As soon as possible
  • Probation period: 6 months

The role is classified and a security clearance according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) will be conducted before employment.
