At Lernia, we are currently looking for a Project Manager with personnel responsibility in Construction and Contracting for our client in Saltsjö-Boo. Are you an experienced leader with a burning interest in construction projects, economics, and business? Do you have the ability to lead projects from concept to completion, while creating value for both the client and the company?

The client works with holistic solutions in interior woodwork. Today, 15 people work at the company, and the employees have extensive experience in assembly, manufacturing, and construction.

About the Role

As a Project Manager, you have overall responsibility for leading, planning, and following up on our projects with a focus on quality, working environment, environment, results, and daily operations. You report directly to the Operations Manager and play a central role in our management group.

Your responsibilities include:

• Leading project managers and ensuring that projects are driven according to set goals and guidelines
• Being responsible for the project economics and following up on revenues and costs
• Preparing calculations, quotes, and schedules
• Having ultimate responsibility for QHSE work (Quality, Health, Environment, Safety)
• Creating and maintaining good customer relationships
• Participating in construction meetings and ensuring that applicable laws and regulations are followed
• Handling deviations, risks, and changes in projects in a business-like manner

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• Documented experience from a similar role in the construction or contracting industry
• Good knowledge of contracting law, project management, and economics
• Relevant education, such as a Civil Engineer in Construction (meritorious)
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Leadership qualities and experience in developing teams
• Ability to prioritize, make decisions, and communicate clearly
