Network Center for Care and Treatment

Network Center for Care and Treatment is now looking for an engaged and reliable Treatment Assistant for our HVB (Residential Care for Youth with Special Needs) unit, Fässbergsgården.

About the Operations

Network Center has provided care and treatment since 1999 and is an established player in social work. Fässbergsgården is a residential care home for young people with psychosocial issues. The operations are based on a systems theory foundation, and we work environmentally therapeutically from a salutogenic perspective, with a special focus on the young person's network and relationships.

Responsibilities

As a Treatment Assistant, you are an important part of the young people's daily lives and treatment process. Responsibilities include, among other things:

• Support and guidance in the young people's daily lives
• Create safety, structure, and clear boundaries
• Implement and follow up on treatment interventions according to the implementation plan
• Documentation in accordance with current legislation
• Collaboration with social services, guardians, and other actors
• Participation in network work and meetings

The work involves shift work (day, evening, weekend, and sleeping on-call duty).

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Has education as a social worker, behavioral scientist, treatment assistant, social pedagogue, or other relevant education
• Has experience working in HVB, SiS (Swedish National Board of Institutional Care), or similar operations (meritorious)
• Is secure, stable, and has a good ability to build relationships
• Has good teamwork skills but can also work independently
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Has a valid B-driver's license (meritorious/requirement – adjust as needed)
