We are looking for someone who enjoys administrative work and wants to become part of a large transport and logistics company with an international presence.

About the Role

This is a full-time consultancy assignment starting immediately until August 31st. There is an opportunity for extension. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at the client's site.

Responsibilities

In the role of Administrator, you will handle administration and document management related to incoming and outgoing parcel freight for shipments from Europe. The work involves handling transport-related documents, administering the loading of import shipments, and maintaining ongoing contact with external partners to ensure the delivery process runs as planned.

The role is highly communicative, and you will have daily contact with both internal functions and external partners, including European sister companies and the company's customer service department. You will work in an international environment where English is a natural part of daily life. You will become part of a cohesive team where collaboration is second nature, and your first period will include an onboarding process to equip you with everything you need to succeed in the role.

  • Administration and document management related to incoming and outgoing parcel freight
  • Administrative support during the loading of import shipments
  • Contact with external partners to follow up on and ensure deliveries
  • Ongoing collaboration with internal departments, including customer service
  • Handling cases in business and transport systems

Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities

  • Previous experience in administrative work
  • Good computer and system proficiency
  • Fluent Swedish (written and spoken) and good knowledge of English
