We are a lovely team of around 20 people who together take care of our 5,400 registered patients – from the first visit to all stages of life. No day is like the other here, and we love it! Our daily life is full of variety, collaboration, and laughter.

Build something from the ground up – together with us!

Are you a physiotherapist driven by exercise, teamwork, and the desire to make a difference – both before and after the body speaks up?

Then you could be one of our new colleagues! We are currently looking for two physiotherapists who want to help build and shape our physiotherapy services from the start.

Here you will have a varied role where you work with both acute and planned patient flows. You conduct individual assessments and treatments – often as the first point of contact – and become an important part of the patient's journey forward.

The work is characterized by close collaboration with our medical team. You will meet patients with a wide range of diagnoses and needs, which means you need to feel confident in both quick, acute assessments and long-term work with chronic conditions.

We work in a team-based manner with rounds and joint assessments, where you, together with doctors, occupational therapists, and colleagues, make medical assessments of patients with non-acute complaints.

Registered physiotherapist with the right attitude sought – superpowers are a plus but not a requirement.

To be considered for the position, you must be a registered physiotherapist – that is the foundation. Have you worked at a primary care centre before? Great! But most importantly, we want you to bring the right attitude, curiosity, and a desire to make a difference.

You appreciate quality, have a holistic approach, and always put the patient first – even on a Monday morning when it is raining sideways. You are a team player who takes initiative, is clear, trustworthy, and has the ability to structure and prioritize even when the calendar looks like a game of Tetris.

And yes, we always start with a six-month probationary period – so we have time to get to know each other before we say "yes" for real.
