The Welfare Sector consists of four operations: disability services, home help and home healthcare, individual and family care, and care and nursing homes. IFO (Individual and Family Care) is responsible for the following operations; support for children, young people, and their families, support for adults, social assistance/financial aid, as well as labor market initiatives and reception of newly arrived immigrants. The workplace is located at Norra Strandgatan 5a in central Ulricehamn, where you will work closely with other job coaches and coordinators. The workplace also includes an administrator and an integration coordinator/housing manager.

Job Description
As a job coach, you work with supporting job seekers who are outside the labor market towards their own sustainable livelihood or studies/internships. To succeed in this goal, we work by holding advisory conversations, matching candidates with internship positions, and other job-seeking activities. We work with proactive and motivating efforts with the target group for the municipal activity responsibility. The job coach's assignment is to work with proactive measures at the individual level, and you work both individually and in groups as a group supervisor.
As a job coach, you develop concrete action plans together with the individuals and referring parties. The work also includes supporting the search for suitable internship positions to provide increased knowledge and work-life experience, as part of the path to self-sufficiency for the individual. Responsibility for documentation in the operational system is also included.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who have a relevant university education in the field or other education that the employer considers equivalent. You have experience working with individual individuals in vulnerable situations and knowledge of labor market preparatory measures. If you have education in Job Match Talent, Supported Employment, and/or ACT, experience with group activities, and work within some of our cooperating authorities, it is meritorious. We are looking for you who are driven, have good social skills, and good cooperation skills. You prioritize, organize, and structure your work in an effective way and can adapt to changed conditions. You are good at working independently based on given common assignments, seeing the big picture, and shaping your work based on varying needs of the target group. A B-driver's license is required.
