You will work at Värgård School grades 4–6 as a class resource in a work team where you together work for the students' development, security, and learning.

We are looking for you who have experience working with students in need of special support, both individually and in groups. You are a secure and clear adult with a good ability to build relationships, motivate students, and contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment. In your work, you use low-affective approaches, clarifying pedagogy, and alternative communication strategies based on the students' needs.

You have experience working in middle school and are accustomed to meeting students with neuropsychiatric challenges as well as medical needs that require structure, security, and attention during the school day. You can adapt your support and approach based on each student's individual prerequisites and contribute to participation, study peace, and functioning routines.

The duties include supporting students during the school day in their schoolwork and working inclusively based on the school's core values. You collaborate closely with teachers, student health services, and other staff in daily work.
