Newsec offers property owners, investors, and tenants a comprehensive range of services within Property Asset Management and Advisory. Since its founding in 1994, Newsec has grown to approximately 2,500 employees active across the seven Nordic and Baltic markets and is today Sweden's leading property manager. We are now looking for a new employee for our Customer Support Center – we warmly welcome your application!

Your Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will work in a broad role where you provide support to our tenants, suppliers, and customers across all our business areas: Property Management, Financial Management, and Technical Service and Operations. You will work via both phone and email, as well as using several internal systems. In your role, you will analyze problems quickly, engagingly, and pedagogically to resolve customer cases. Your task also includes getting to know our assignments and customers and keeping up to date with them.

Your responsibilities will include, among other things:

  • Handling incoming calls and emails from our tenants and internal customers.
  • Creating fault reports for customers and answering incoming questions with a focus on achieving the highest possible resolution rate.
  • Administrative work in our case management system, including handling forms, fault reports, and assisting with invoice and payment information.
  • Responsible for continuously updating our property register and property data.
  • The team currently consists of four people with a great team spirit driven by providing good service. You will become part of a solution-oriented team with great curiosity and engagement.
  • Responsible for updating suppliers and our finance department with invoicing and payment information.

Your Profile

To thrive in this role, we believe you are passionate about service, have a technical interest, and possess a good ability to guide your customers in a pedagogical manner. You feel comfortable using the phone and email as communication tools. You understand that the customer is at the center and realize that every customer has unique needs. Taking initiative is not foreign to you, and you are happy to suggest solutions on how we can improve our service and facilitate customer dialogue.

In this team, we focus heavily on collaboration, so it is important that you are a team player. Other highly valued traits are that you are responsible, meticulous, structured, and professional in your work, as well as having engagement and curiosity for the business and the customer.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with customer advisory or customer support.
  • Previous experience in a role with significant customer contact.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Good knowledge of the Office suite.
  • Good knowledge of case management.
  • Previous experience working in some form of business system.
  • Experience handling financial flows and invoicing in business systems.
  • Very good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written.

Meritorious:

  • Experience in the real estate industry.

  • Start: Immediately or as agreed.
  • Working hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00-17:00.
  • Location: Söder Mälarstrand in Stockholm.
  • Employment type: Fixed-term full-time employment for approximately 8 months, with the possibility of extension.
