Do you want to combine customer service, administration, and business understanding with the opportunity to drive improvements and efficiencies?
We are currently looking for a Customer Service Agent B2B for a 12-month consulting assignment starting on August 1, 2026 with an established international company with offices in Stockholm. There are good opportunities for extension and/or permanent hire. The role also offers a hybrid work model with the possibility to work from home up to two days a week.
We are looking for someone who thrives in an operational role but is also driven to develop, streamline, and improve working methods and processes.
About the Role
This is a role for you who wants to combine customer service and administration with development work. Initially, the focus will be on handling order flows and ensuring high service levels for the company's customers. Once you have learned the business, you are expected to identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to developing and streamlining processes and working methods.
You will work with a customer group where several processes are currently handled manually, providing good opportunities to influence and drive improvements together with colleagues and other parts of the business.
Responsibilities
- Handle and administer customer orders in business systems
- Ensure an efficient order flow from registration to delivery
- Handle customer cases, complaints, and administrative queries
- Collaborate with internal functions to ensure high customer service
- Identify improvement opportunities within processes and workflows
- Participate in and drive initiatives that contribute to increased efficiency and quality
- Analyze data and work with Excel for follow-up and improvement work

- Have good administrative skills and work structured even during periods of high tempo

We welcome both those with a few years of work experience and those at the beginning of their career.
Qualifications
- Fluent Swedish and good English in speech and writing
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Good system familiarity and technical interest
- Experience working in business systems is an advantage
- Knowledge of another Nordic language (Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) is an advantage
