About the role

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated butcher for our charcuterie and delicatessen department. You will be working with butchery, preparation, sales, and customer service. At our store, every customer is important – and your expertise makes a difference in their experience!

Responsibilities

• Butchery and preparation of meat products according to current guidelines
• Handling and display of charcuterie and delicatessen products
• Sales and customer service in the store
• Advice regarding products, cooking tips, and portion sizes
• Daily hygiene routines in the work area

We are looking for someone who has

• Good product knowledge of meat and charcuterie
• A sense for customer interaction and service
• Ability to work efficiently in a team
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safe handling

Merits

• Experience working in a retail environment
• Good knowledge of Swedish (other languages are a plus)
