Job Offer – Casual Treatment Pedagogue/Social Pedagogue at Fässbergsgården HVB

Fässbergsgården HVB is now looking for engaged and responsible casual staff who want to help create safety, structure, and development for our young residents.

About the Facility

Fässbergsgården is a residential care home (HVB) for young people with psychosocial issues. Our work is based on a salutogenic approach, milieu therapy methods, and a strong focus on the young person's network and individual development.

Responsibilities

As a casual employee with us, you will, among other things:

• Provide support and guidance to young people in their daily lives.
• Participate in treatment and motivational work.
• Document according to current routines.
• Collaborate with social services, guardians, and other key stakeholders.
• Contribute to a safe, structured, and developmental environment for the young people.
• Work days, evenings, nights, and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least a 2-year post-secondary education in social work, such as a Social Worker, Behavioral Scientist, Social Pedagogue, Treatment Pedagogue, or equivalent education.
• Has experience working in a residential care home (HVB).
• Has a Category B driver's license.
• Has good ability to build relationships and set clear boundaries.
• Is confident, responsible, and flexible.
• Is proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Merits

• Experience working with young people.
• Knowledge of MI (Motivational Interviewing), low-arousal approach, CBT, or other relevant treatment methods.
• Experience with documentation according to the Social Services Act (SoL).
